Returns & Exchanges for Original Artwork
Because original artwork is one-of-a-kind, delicate, and uniquely valuable, we handle returns with strict care to preserve the integrity of the pieces:
Return Window: You must notify us via email within 7 days of the delivery date if you wish to return a piece.
Condition for Return: The artwork must be in its absolute original condition. It cannot have been framed, exposed to moisture, or altered in any way.
Return Packaging & Shipping: Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs. Because artwork is fragile, the piece must be shipped back in its original packaging (or equivalent professional art packaging) and must be fully insured for its total value. We cannot issue a refund for artwork that is damaged during its return transit.
Final Sale: Custom commissions, heavily discounted items, and digital gift cards are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged Shipments: If your artwork arrives damaged from transit, please take photos of the damaged packaging and the artwork immediately. Email us at jen@jenpicicci.com within 48 hours of delivery with the photos so we can file an insurance claim and work out a resolution or refund with you.
How to Start a Return: Email us at jen@jenpicicci.com with your order number. Once the artwork is safely returned to the studio and inspected for damage, a refund minus any original shipping costs will be issued to your payment method within 5–7 business days.
